Mill Run at Union offers a select “Preferred Employer Program” offering the listed employers attractive benefits and services to employees to reside at Mill Run at Union at NO additional cost. As a selected pre-approved partner, we extend to your company the following perks below.

  1. Waived application fee for the employee.
  2. A flat rate, $500.00 Security Deposit at move in for any floorplan.
  3. $250.00 off your first month’s rent.

This program cannot be combined with any other offer.  Please call our leasing office and speak to our staff about how to take advantage of our Preferred Employer Program.
