Not only was she extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the site and what Mill Run had to offer, she was extremely friendly. Even after still being unsure, I continued my search for the perfect apartment. There were other places, but one of the things that stood out the most was the warm, cozy and professional feel I received from the staff in the office. Good customer service goes a long way, and with that being said, my choice for living at Mill Run was a no-brainer.”
